PROGRAM STRUCTURE
Week 1-2: Rewiring Thoughts
- Topic: Recognizing and Challenging Negative Thought Patterns
- Focus: Identifying limiting beliefs and automatic negative thoughts that stem from childhood and affect parenting.
- Activities:
- Thought journaling (noticing triggers and reactions).
- Introduce thought reframing techniques (e.g., Byron Katie’s "The Work").
- Outcome: Parents begin to see how their thoughts influence their reactions and interactions with their children.
Week 3-4: Cultivating Self-Regulation
- Topic: Mastering Emotional Responses
- Focus: Understanding emotional triggers and practicing emotional regulation techniques.
- Activities:
- Breathing exercises, body scans, and mindfulness techniques for staying calm during triggering situations.
- Role-playing scenarios of common parenting stressors.
- Outcome: Parents develop tools to pause, process, and respond instead of reacting impulsively.

Week 5-6: Healing from the Past
- Topic: Releasing Childhood Wounds
- Focus: Reflecting on how past experiences shape current parenting behaviors and learning to let go of old patterns.

- Guided meditations focused on inner-child healing.
- Exercises to reframe and rewrite past narratives (such as journaling or dialogue with the past self).
Outcome: Parents feel lighter, having released some of the emotional weight from their upbringing, enabling them to parent from a place of peace.
Week 7-8: Building a New Foundation
- Topic: Creating New, Healthy Family Patterns
- Focus: Replacing old habits with intentional, positive family practices.
- Activities:
- Developing personalized family routines rooted in love, communication, and respect.
- Introducing family rituals (e.g., gratitude circles, weekly family meetings).
- Outcome: Parents feel empowered to lead their families with mindfulness, confidence, and clarity.
